Faith Leaders Are Pushing For Migrant Rights

Faith leaders from different religions are coming together to advocate for migrant rights.  On Monday, over 200 religious leaders gathered at the San Diego-Tijuana border on Human Rights Day demanding that President Donald Trump respect people's human right to migrate.  They also called for an end to the militarization of the border and migrant detention.  During the protest, demonstrators kneeled in front of border agents to bless the migrants.  Border Patrol agents reportedly arrested 30 faith leader demonstrators.
