February is Black History Month, which means there are tons of local events going on to celebrate the achievements of African Americans within our community, and nationwide. There are lots of fantastic events going on throughout the Charleston community this February, many of which are free! The Town of Mt. Pleasant is featuring a series of events throughout the month of February that are completely free to attend, and should be totally taken advantage of! The events feature extremely successful individuals who have made their mark on the Charleston community throughout the years.
