SC Attorney General Alan Wilson recently joined the Kelly Golden Show to discuss China, the Constitution amid Covid-19 and the Brunswick, Ga. case.
"We should not litigate and prosecute this case in the media. It's very easy to do - to convict somebody of a crime, sitting at the local bar having a beer with your friends. It's very different to convict them in a court of law;" AG Wilson said on 94.3 WSC, "It looks bad. I absolutely agree with anyone out there. And, I don't like it and it's tragic and I feel horrible. It made me sick to my stomach when I saw the video but as a prosecutor, you have to wait for all the facts to come in an investigation before you go and act on it."
