SURPRISE: Alex Murdaugh takes the stand in his own defense
The State News Paper reported: "On the stand, Murdaugh will be asked to explain why he lied about his whereabouts June 7, 2021, and why he repeatedly told investigators and friends and family that he never went to the dog kennels where his wife and son were found brutally murdered."
