MOUNT PLEASANT:
Beginning at noon Monday, free sandbags will be available on a first come/first serve basis with a limit of 10 bags (filled or self-serve) per household.You’d advised to bring your shovel.

- James Island Town Hall, 1122 Dills Bluff Road
- Memorial Waterfront Park – 99 Harry Hallman Blvd.

GOOSE CREEK:
- Sand bags are now available for pickup at the Goose Creek Fire Department Fire Station at 201 Button Hall Avenue.
ISLE OF PALMS:
- After running out of sand bags once, the Isle of Palms has more available, a limit of 10 per household, for pick up at the Public Safety Building at 30 JC Long Blvd.
NORTH CHARLESTON:
- North Charleston residents can pick-up up to 8 bags, already filled, beginning Monday morning at 11. City personnel will load the filled bags at these locations:
- Military Magnet Academy, 2950 Carner
- Felix Davis Community Center, 4800 Park Circle
- Festival Center, 5101 Ashley Phosphate
