A 20 year old man, defending the legalization of marijuana, was in court to answer to a simple possession drug charge this week in Tennessee. When called to the podium, he took his allotted time to give a speech about the health benefits of marijuana and why he felt it should be legal.
Without a thought, Spencer Boston reached into his pocket, pulled out a joint, and lit it! While this may have been a funny joke to some, the judge wasn't laughing. Boston was immediately taken into custody and has now been charged with two counts of possession as well as disorderly conduct.
