South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham will speak at the #FillTheSeat/GOTV rally in North Charleston this Friday, October 16, 2020. The rally is being held in the parking lot of the North Charleston Coliseum, and Graham's speech is said to begin at 1:00 PM. Attendees are invited to participate in easy in-person absentee voting after the rally at the North Charleston Coliseum. For those attending the rally and /or voting at the coliseum location, masks are required.
