SHOOTINGS: Stop talking, start doing

CCRP Chairman Maurice Washington understands, like I do, that we need to do something MORE than host panel discussions, walk bridges or march for awareness when it comes to the rising deadly crime rates among our black youth.

Local Democrat politicians, who claim to be bi-partisan, only focus on the tool and not the fool - on guns, and not personal responsibility. Rising black on black crime rates have nothing to do with politics, but is sadly a useful tool when it comes to demonizing 'guns' while paying little if any attention on one's bad decisions, actions, or behavior.

Violent crime happens everyday: with one's own hands (domestic abuse) with knives, hammers etc. Meanwhile, I can tell you many of the mom's, who I've work with, that are out here burying their sons and daughters, don't give a hill of beans which way these clowns vote. They just want their babies back, alive, and they want their streets and neighborhoods to be safe for their children to grow up in without fear.
