I've shared my own concerns that people dispirited by the 2020 elections coupled with recent redistricting and ongoing inflation have created the deepest divide amongst Conservative + Republican voters that I've seen in my 25 plus year career in news/talk broadcasting.

Take a listen to the high volume of callers willing to 'switch parties... write in candidates names,' or 'just not vote' Some, like Mark from Hilton Head, who said:

"Voting for the lesser of two evils is gotten us where we are today."

Take a listen here + check out Thursday's planned Unity rally amongst GOP leaders calling for Mace/Arrington unity in SC01 race below:

Unity rally in Charleston planned for Mace, Arrington to come together

WHAT: After defeating Katie Arrington in the SC-01 Republican primary, SC US Representative Nancy Mace hosts a unity rally with her recent opponent, along with other Republican leaders.

WHEN: Thursday, 6:00 p.m.

WHERE: Harbour Club at West Edge in Charleston

WHO: South Carolina GOP Chairman Drew McKissick, members of the General Assembly and other Republican candidates will also be on this November's ballot are expected to attend.

WHY: Rep. Mace will face Democrat Dr. Annie Andrews, a Lowcountry pediatrician on the 2022 ballot this November.

These 'post primary' TOUGH conversations aren't getting ANY easier, but will continue on The Kelly Golden Show weekdays 6-9 a.m. on 94.3 WSC. And, thank you for listening!
