COLUMBIA, SC - SCE&G had a press conference Thursday morning to talk preparation for Hurricane Florence.
SCE&G President and COO Keller Kissam said. "We really don't have a good consensus model on exactly what it's going to do and exactly how it's going to impact our service territory. We do know this, however, it will impact our service territory."
The company has brought support from around the southeast and set up call centers for customers to report outages. SCE&G urges people to call 888-333-4465 to report any power outages, calling communication a key portion of recovery efforts.
