Woman Sues TSA Over Strip Search at Airport

A Las Vegas woman is suing the TSA for "violating her rights" after her lawyer says she was strip-searched at an Oklahoma airport on Mothers Day. The woman allegedly set off the metal detector at the Tulsa airport. She explained to the TSA agents that she had a hip implant and agreed to be pat down.

During the pat down an agent found a "common feminine hygiene product." Her lawyer says they then forced the woman to go into a bathroom, expose her genitals and remove the feminine hygiene product. The TSA won't comment due to ongoing litigation but said the agency doesn't conduct strip searches.

Would you agree to be strip-searched if asked by a TSA agent?
