Ex-Apple Exec Says Siri Has 'A Long Way To Go'

Voice assistants like Siri and Alexa are everywhere now, but a former Apple executive thinks they still have a long way to go.

Bill Stasior, who led the team that first developed Siri, says modern digital assistants are still limited in their speech recognition, saying "I think everyone learns what commands work with the assistants and what commands don't work with the assistants".

Stasior says the technology is improving "very rapidly", but still has "a long way to go".
