The 'Fastest Mustang in History' Arrives this Fall

At a time when even implying a product is gender-exclusive could be considered offensive, Ford has unveiled its most manly Mustang yet: The Shelby GT500.

Unveiling the 2020 model's stats on Wednesday, Ford said the GT500 will boast a 760 horsepower engine and 625 foot-pounds of torque -- making it the fastest street legal Mustang in history. It's 5.3.2 liter V-8 makes it capable of reaching 60 mph in less than three seconds, and travel a quarter mile in less than 11.

The bad news is the new 'Stang can't be pre-ordered. Buyers will have to wait until they arrive in dealer showrooms this fall.
