Fascinating South Carolina Spot Crowned 'Best Small Town' In The State

HGTV searched around the country for "charming" hamlets and villages to compile a list of the "best kept secret" of the best small town in every state. According to the site, the top choice for South Carolina is the "friendly" locale of Newberry.
