The PGA of America has named Nikki Haley co-chair of the 2021 PGA Championship at The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Haley is a South Carolina native, and the former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations and former Governor of South Carolina. She will co-chair alongside Roger Warren, former PGA of America President and current President of Kiawah Island Golf Resort.

This is the second year the PGA Championship will take place in the Lowcountry at The Ocean Course on Kiawah Island. The first year it was played here was in 2012, with a win from Rory McIlroy.

Championship Director of the 2021 PGA Championship, Scott Reid stated:

"We are certainly fortunate to have two individuals the caliber of Nikki and Roger working together on behalf of our Championship Council. Their knowledge of this great state, and the relationships they have within it, are certainly remarkable and will benefit not only the 2021 PGA, but golf in the state of South Carolina for years to come."

Haley and Warren will concentrate on the hospitality sales for the championship. The dates for the 2021 PGA Championship are May 20-23.
