Berkeley Electric reporting power outages following crash

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Berkeley Electric Cooperative is reporting power outages that are affecting over 700 members due to a broken pole from a car crash.

The crash happened at around 2 p.m. The areas affected by the power outages include Oakley Road, Highway 52, Old Highway 52 and Berkeley County Country Club.

No word yet on if there were any injuries as a result of the crash.
