BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - A lockdown at Westview Schools in Berkeley County has been lifted after law enforcement conducted a search in the area.
The schools, Westview Elementary School and Westview Primary School, are located just off St. James Avenue.
According to the district, schools were working to contact afterschool parents to inform them of the lockdown and the lift of the lockdown.
