Police investigating after N. Charleston apartments struck by gunfire

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Police officers are investigating after several apartments were struck by gunfire in North Charleston Wednesday afternoon.

At 2:35 p.m., police responded to a shots fired incident in the area of the 2600 block of Otranto Road.

“A number of citizens reported hearing gunshots and several apartments were struck by gunfire,” NCPD officials said.

There are no reported injuries at this time.
