CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The City of Charleston says the deadline to submit all comments for community-led meetings and surveys regarding the city’s 10-year comprehensive plan is fast approaching.
Anyone who hasn’t filled out a survey and is looking to submit input on the community-led meetings must do so by the end of the day Monday.
So far, Charleston officials say the city has received over 2,300 survey responses and had more than 300 participants in the virtual learning sessions.
After they finish this first draft of the plan, city officials say they will conduct another wave of engagement to present the draft and get more feedback.
The city says people can take the survey on the Charleston City Plan website.
