4:05 PM ET – Dr. Sebastian Gorka, author of the upcoming book, Why We Fight, and David Schoen, Civil Liberties Attorney, take a close look at the news that Bruce Ohr was in the know on the dossier and information all along. Further, the documents requested on Sally Yates tenure, a mere 10 days, under President Trump are still being withheld. Yates, an outspoken Trump hater, has been protected by the swamp and colluding Democrats, and any documents that could incriminate her are not being produced. And who’s protecting her the most? That’s right Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Senator Grassley sent in his request in February of 2017; and nothing.

The FBI and Department of Justice partnered on a secret program aimed at flipping Russian oligarchs with potentially damaging information about the Trump campaign’s alleged involvement with the Kremlin, according to a New York Times report Saturday.

Justice Department official Bruce Ohr worked with the FBI to attempt to turn one of those oligarchs, Oleg V. Deripaska, who is close to the Russian government.

At one point, FBI agents made a surprise, “uninvited” visit at Deripaska’s home in New York and questioned him on whether Paul Manafort, then-chairman of Trump’s campaign, “had served as a link between the campaign and the Kremlin,” the Times reports. (h/t Washington Examiner)`

5:05 PM ET – Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice, is here as we watch the Democrats lose their minds ahead of his nomination hearings.

Judge Brett Kavanaugh goes before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday for confirmation hearings with what supporters call the longest paper trail – practically a superhighway – of any federal judicial nominee, a testament to his enviable insider status in public and private corridors of Washington power.

That impressive resume has created both political opportunity and peril, as Senate Democrats have demanded a go-slow approach so that Kavanaugh’s records as a federal judge, White House staffer and lawyer for Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr can be thoroughly scoured.

“We don’t know if there’s some sort of revelatory bombshell,” Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., said.

But Republicans are confident the 53-year-old judge will be on the bench when the Supreme Court begins its new term Oct. 1. (h/t Fox News)

5:30 PM ET Congressman Dave Brat of Virginia, is a stalwart on Capitol Hill, unlike many of his ‘colleagues’ who prefer to dwell in the swamp; Rep. Brat has taken part in the Freedom Caucus and believes that doing what’s right is more important than doing what’s popular. Brat is looking at the amount of far left money being funneled into the midterm races to boost Democratic candidates. He is one of those races himself. He will be joined by Sean on September 24th for a conversation to discuss the important issues facing our nation ahead of these elections.

The political landscape for the midterm elections favors Democrats in general and women candidates in particular, a new USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll finds, raising the prospect of significant perils for President Trump with the next Congress.

At the traditional Labor Day start of the campaign’s fall sprint, those surveyed said by 50 percent-39 percent that they were more likely to vote for the Democratic congressional candidate in their district, not the Republican one. That double-digit advantage, if it holds, would probably enable Democrats to win control of the House, giving them the power to launch investigations and even consider impeachment of the president.
