COLUMBIA, SC (WSCC) - Governor Henry McMaster has lifted part of the mandatory evacuation order that takes effect today at noon.
The order is lifted for Jasper, Beaufort and Colleton Counties, with the exception of Edisto Island, McMaster said at a news conference Tuesday morning in West Columbia.
