The former Congressman, Governor calls out Rush Limbaugh for his recent comments on government debt with Talk Host Kelly Golden on 94.3 WSC. If you missed the segment of last weeks show, here's a short transcript:
Caller: In 2019, there's gonna be a $1 trillion deficit. Trump doesn't really care about that. He's not really a fiscal conservative. We have to acknowledge that Trump has been cruelly used.
Limbaugh: Nobody is a fiscal conservative anymore. All this talk about concern for the deficit and the budget has been bogus for as long as it's been around.
Sanford said, "It's almost like a weatherman who would be negligent if he says 'You know, I'm not going to mention the fact I think this hurricane is coming ashore.' I believe that Hurricane is coming ashore. It's going to have profound impacts for people's lives and if you've already got 25 years of your life invested in this process, your going to raise the flag one more time, in any way that you can to say 'guys, I think that the big storm is coming' " Check out the clip below.
