"On our last night, I walked over to the Capitol building before leaving out. The Capitol was mostly empty (only saw some Capitol Police in Building)... It just struck me (after viewing a shattered window) to sing a “prayer for blessing." - SC National Guard Soldier moved to sing & pray in Capitol Rotunda before returning home Flag of United States."
