SC GOV: on Dr. Fauci, Biden's pandemic info. 'changes as often the weather'

Asked about South Carolina governor's response to Pres. Biden's vaccine outreach comments, Press Sec. Jen Psaki tells ABC's Karen Travers, "The failure to provide accurate public health information, including the efficacy of vaccines and the accessibility of them...is literally killing people."

Here's the exchange and Governor Henry McMaster's response:
