This Tuesday night, August 17th 2021, Charleston City Council will be voting to accept a report issued by the City of Charleston's Special 'Racial Conciliation Commission'. The vote could not only make the Commission permanent, but also to potentially give the green light to their recent recommendations.

If you'd like to be heard, you must show up in person at Tuesday's City Council Meeting on Daniel Island (160 Fairbanks Drive) at 5 p.m. For those who attend and wish to speak, you must sign up by 5 p.m.

Among other things, the report recommends the city to adopt what could only be described as radical Marxist policies that include:

-Teaching Critical Race Theory and 1619 Project "history" through coordination with the Charleston County School District.
-Taking away funding from our police while crime is on the rise.
-Redistributing wealth based on race (guaranteed yearly income).
-Creating a process for further historical monument removal.

Check it out for yourself - here's a link to the full report.

And stay tuned to The Kelly Golden Show Tuesday at 7:05 a.m. for a breakdown of the Commission's recommendations from the American Heritage Association on 94.3 WSC.
